A local farmer approached Korok to transform their Scania R450 tractor unit, originally green, into a vibrant red finish that perfectly matched the rest of their fleet. This was a full colour change wrap rather than a branding wrap, designed to give the truck a fresh, cohesive look without the cost and downtime of a full respray.

Additional challenge: the truck had some surface imperfections and minor dents that needed to be addressed before wrapping to ensure a smooth, flawless final result.

- Thoroughly prepped the cab, carefully repairing dents and imperfections to ensure a seamless vinyl application
- Sourced premium high-gloss red vinyl with excellent durability and UV resistance, ensuring a long-lasting finish comparable to factory paint
- Applied the full wrap with precision, including edges, door shuts, and panel recesses, to achieve a paint-like appearance
- Completed the wrap within the holiday downtime, delivering it before the New Year as promised
Results & Impact
The finished Scania R450 now looks completely factory red, perfectly matching the rest of the fleet. The client was thrilled with the result, noting:
